ORIENTAL FOOD, FASHION AND FILM AT HARVEY NICHOLS FEB 2009

TZU has been asked to sponsor the drinks at this fabulous event celebrating all things Chinese organised by Pearl Multimedia and Harvey Nichols. We wouldn't miss it!

PEARL AWARDS TUESDAY 9TH DECEMBER 2008

The Pearl Awards are grateful to Tzu for providing their drinks at the 2008 Pearl Awards which will be held on Tuesday, December 9th at St James Palace with HRH Prince Andrew, The Duke of York as our VIP guest and Sir David Tang KBE hosting.  This year the Pearl Awards will be presented to 3 outstanding individuals/organisations who have contributed significantly to the promotion of UK Chinese Business, Culture and Community.
 
"In The Mood For ..."  an Oriental themed Fashion and Food Week will be held at Harvey Nichols from 8th to 14th February.  Fashion will feature international designers such as Philip Lim, Vera Wang, Yohji Yamamoto et al. For the Food Week at Harvey Nichols, we are delighted to feature Ching He Huang as our guest celebrity chef who will be creating special dishes and Tzu cocktails.  More information about this exciting inaugural event will be forthcoming..

MONKEY KING PREMIERE AT THE O2: NOVEMBER 2008

TZU is proud to be sponsoring the drinks at this magnificent event. Featuring a cast of over 40 Chinese performers including acrobats, silk dancers, contortionists, volcano soldiers, skeleton demons, a Mongolian Kung Fu pig and a singing starfish.  Monkey: Journey to the West tells the story of Monkey's quest for redemption and enlightenment as he accompanies the monk Tripitaka to bring the sacred Buddhist scrolls back from India. Monkey: Journey to the West is directed by Chinese director Chen Shi-Zheng.  The show's graphics, animated video projection, stage and costume design is by Jamie Hewlett (Tank Girl, Gorillaz and recipient of the 2006 Designer of the Year Award), with the score composed by Damon Albarn (Blur, Gorillaz, The Good, The Bad and the Queen) and performed by an orchestra of Western and Chinese instruments.

You can catch us in UKTV Food’s ‘Market Kitchen’ on Sky- Channel 259, the daily gourmet food and drink programme presented by Tom Parker-Bowles, Matthew Fort, Tana Ramsay, Matt Tebbutt and Diana Henry this coming Wednesday 26th September 8pm.
